One of our campaigns which we’ve been nominated for was for our work with Arena Flowers, the UK’s #1 rated ethical florist.

2023年的母亲节, our objectives were to drive D2C non-br和 revenue growth of 25% YoY at a 400% ROAS through 付费搜索. 在竞争激烈的, 价格驱动的市场, the challenge was to deliver on our targets whilst maintaining profitability. As an ethical retailer, Arena was not prepared to compromise on quality in a race to the bottom line.

It was clear that we needed to take a larger share of the market this year. 要做到这一点, our strategy was to target an underrepresented demographic who had the potential to swing to a purchase at Arena Flowers, whilst continuing to exp和 their established audience. 我们的重点是:
